"BPMN Fundamentals" workshop

The workshop “BPMN Fundamentals” consists of two parts.

Theoretical part:

• I talk about the origins and history of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• find out the correct names of the most frequently used elements
• we study the application of all groups of elements
• we lay out on the shelves the base on BPMN diagrams, which every business analyst in IT should know

Practical part:

• consider a practical case
• doing the task on our own
• check it step by step with me
• We leave the workshop with a great mood and confident knowledge!

Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours (depending on the activity of the participants)
